Check In & Check Out

There are two entry gates (At Abeckett Road and off Drake Court) On your arrival, you will find a timber post with a switch to open the gate.

There are two identical switches inside the property to open the gate to exit. Gates will be closed automatically after few minutes. Please do Check-In & Check-Out on due time for cleaning staff to attend to their duties


Security & Doors

Keys to the main door is located in a key lock safe at the side door, (In between the Gaming Room & the Main door up the concrete stairs). Code to open the key lock safe will be provided by SMS to the mobile phone you used to make the booking. Please leave the key in this safe when you leave the property. And make sure to keep the white gate which is located in between stairs and outside toilet, closed at all times.

Kitchen

You are welcome to make use of all kitchen appliances and Utensils provided. Please make sure to clean them and leave them as you found them at the end of your stay when you leave the property.


Living Room

The living room, dining room flow together seamlessly creating multiple spaces for you to gather and enjoy your stay with us which consist of 8 seater main dining table along with two additional 6 seater dining tables


Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please be kind enough to respect this policy.


Gaming Room

Following equipment are made available for your entertainment and enjoyment during the stay. Please leave them as the same way you found them in clean condition.

Pool table: The table top can be used as TT table when turned around. Please handle carefully when putting on and taking off.

Poker table: This can be folded away for making space and storage. Make sure all chips are packed away in the suitcase.

Carrum board : Please make sure all chips are packed away in the same place you found them

Giant Chess : Please pack away matt and all pieces with matt grounding hooks


Outdoor furniture & Garden

On your stay, you will find an 8 seater table outside the property, where you can enjoy the scenic views along with horse paddocks. And we are happy to provide 6*3 popup marquee, 20 tables and 40 chairs upon your request for any special occasions during your stay.

Please note that no bonfires allowed during November to April every year (Bush fire restrictions/ Heavy fines involved) 


Parking

Please park your cars either on the roadways or behind the big tree. (Through the gate near gaming room, in front of the equipment shed)

Please DO NOT park on the lawn.


Land Use

Please note that the Horse paddocks and the shed near the gate 3 & 4 are not a part of your booking. You are allowed to use the road/track to the creek at the back of the property boundary.

Please don’t disturb animal and do not cross/ touch equine fencing.

White equine fencing wires are ELECTRIFIED


Trash / Recycling

After your stay, please leave the trash in bags and place them in bins outside the property which includes:
