Booking & The Property
ProLodge Ballintrae is booked as a single, private property. Your booking includes the entire house, gardens and grounds - there is no shared use and no separately bookable units.
Ballintrae sleeps up to 15 guests across 7 bedrooms (5 in the main house, 2 in a separate unit), with 5 bathrooms (4 in the main house, 1 in the separate unit) and 6 toilets.
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.
Payment & Refunds
The standard rate is $900 per night, plus a flat $400 cleaning fee per booking - not per night and not per guest.
Full payment is collected securely through Stripe at the time of booking. There is no deposit-and-balance option - payment is in full, upfront.
No. A successful payment does not automatically confirm your booking. Every booking is reviewed by our team after payment and enters a pending-approval state - you'll receive confirmation once it has been explicitly approved.
If an administrator is unable to approve your booking after payment, it is cancelled and you receive a 100% refund of the amount you paid.
Availability & Calendar
Availability is kept in sync with our Airbnb listing through a two-way calendar connection, alongside any dates blocked directly by our team, so the dates you see here reflect true availability.
